Super Hot! Logitech MK700 Wireless Desktop Keyboard & Laser Mouse » only $29.99

Thanks! I just started buying the parts for a new computer and was looking at just this very keyboard and mouse combo in Staples the other day.

I'm on a roll this week. First, I grabbed a Sonata III case with PSU at Staples for $22.50 on clearance, now I found this great deal. I don't need a new PC that urgently, so I'm planning to grab parts as I find them cheap between now and Black Friday.

I got one of these a few monthes ago from an RMA of a keyboard that I insisted I liked but logi didn't make anymore. logi gave me the MK700 as a big upgrade to keep me happy.

I like the set, especially the mouse is nice for office work, but I think the keys are a little weird, I would have preferred the diNovo style hard keys instead of these softer ones.

At $30 though I'm sad I missed out on this, damn.

Do you mean $31.59?

It went down to 19.99 before tax last night with free shipping. 3%; less with dpa. I didn't buy one because it didn't really fit my needs. I was thinking about picking up one as a gift but everyone I know is using a laptop.

It might show up again. Maybe they're clearing out inventory.

Yes, the model in Logitech website is MK710 now.

I've gotten so used to laptop keyboards lately, it actually feels a bit weird when I go back to one with full sized keys so I kind of like the short keys. I just wish Logitech would bring out a chicklet style keyboard similar to the ones on the new Apple and HP laptops.

Not that it really matters, but I think I was misunderstood. I said I prefer the diNovo style keys, which are not full sized but also slim profile. The difference is the diNovo style keys are rigid/solid whereas the MK700 keyboard keys are made of really lightweight and soft style plastic.
