The 35% coupon won't work for the Dell 1905FP monitor..... it works for the 2005FPW one though! Anyone face any problems?

How do I use the coupon?

I am trying to put the coupon in but it dosen't knock anything off the price. I get the message -

" The following coupons have been entered but require additional information or do not meet eligibility requirements. Click "View Details" link(s) for more information. "

Help.......................

This is the 2nd time dell has extended this coupon. This is officially no longer "super hot" Maybe if people stop buying so many of these Dell will lower it to a hotter price.

edit: this refers to the 1905fp and the 2005fpw

I received my 1905FP yesterday, but the image quality is the same as my 17" Dell analog LCD. Is there a driver to make it look "ultra sharp". I have an ATI 128M video card.

Is it plugged into the dvi output? The driver will only change the color profile.

Dell now has a special on a computer with a 1901FP Ultra Sharp monitor. How does this monitor compare with the FP1905?

The monitor has USB ports on the side, so it can
be used as a USB hub.

Then you will not notice much of a difference from an analog LCD. Spend $40 for a video card with DVI, it's worth it.

One ghosts more then the other.. though they both ghost considerably.

So I see I missed the train on the last special, anyone know if/when it'll be happening again?
Or do they generally do it without any notice everyone few weeks?

My CEO wants a 2005FPW...

The 1901FP and others just won't look as sharp, or anywhere near as good, as the 2005FPW. Since you can get such good deals on the 2005FPW I just don't see why anyone would look at anything else...

This is about the most nonsensical thing I've read on here in a long time...I have 2 1905FPs on my desk at work, because I a) wanted 19" LCDs and b) didn't want a wide aspect ratio.

Two 19's are also better for people doing software development.. Have one screen for the IDE, and the other for looking at DOCs :)

It's why i'm selling my 2005FPW and going 19s (plus the resolution is too high IMHO for development).

Is the $90 coupon still valid? I only found the 35% and the $60 off. Someone said use the extra 10% off stackable coupon too? Where is that? Whats that come out to be for the 2005FPS?
