Possibly one of the dumbest things I have seen in one of my posts, They Klipsch are "obviously better" but they are in a diferent league as well as alot more money that was the point of this thread. The Altec Lansing Speakers are not the best that's not what I claim, but they are great for this price!!!!

The best 5.1 set out there for PC use right now anyway are not the Klipsch, they are by far the best.

dhoytw, totally agree with you about trying to compare these with Klipsch.

As for these Altec Lansings. they sound great. I bought the 2.1 speakers a month ago when buy.com had em for 19.99.I would highly recommend these for the price

Er, click on his link "Text" and you'll see the link to the Logitechs. It's right in front of you. That's where I got Logitechs. And he did say they were better than Klipsch. The point is the Klipsch's, obviously better, are in a different league than these and also cost upwards of $100 more. Yes the Klipsch's may be better but for the price of these how can you go wrong?

Well cause they are better, not just the decoder but better sound anyway once again you are dumb for comparing the Klipsch with the speakers I listed in the original post here they are not comparible in any way...lol
