Text capacitor that claims to, increase horsepower, smoother runing engine, increase economy 15-20% AND make you audio system buttery smooth!..Yikes I can't belive anyone would buy this crap. The thing is 1/10th size what a 5 farad cap is..

They were stupid enough to put a picture of the innards too. Presumably the TO220 case IC is the 5V regulator for the 7 segment LED + A/D LED Driver ( the DIP ). I think the SHORI black block is some sort of relay. I can't see the cap labels, but they look like standard aluminum electrolytics. Even if they were super caps, 18WVDC would be huge. I have no idea how they could come up with 5F.
 
heh. this is a new one in the 'mileage improver' department. even if it was a real 5 farard cap, how would it possiblty help gas mileage?

large caps aren't even really necessary with a large stereo if the cabling is done right and the charging system is up to snuff, why on earth would it help a stock electrical system?
 
can I hook a bunch of them up and create a flux capacitor?

I've always wanted to time travel.
