**Super Bowl LI ** Brady v Ryan - Who Ya Be Takin'?

It's funny talking about cheating the salary cap when the Patriots do things like pay a for profit company owned by Brady for "services" as a way to circumvent the salary cap. And that's not even mentioned on that site even though it's one of the most blatantly obvious ways to circumvent the salary cap out there.

EDIT: This was my Lifer post!

And the NFL has already ruled that it doesn't violate the salary cap as others do it too. Based on the NFL's view of the Patriots, if it was illegal, they would bust them for it.

An employee of Atlanta was piping in crow noise in 2013 and 2014 seasons. Unlike when New England repeatedly cheated though, Atlanta cooperated, expressed disappointment in the actions of the employee, fired him, and accepted their fate. New England lied, obstructed, and refused to admit their regular wrongdoing.

Also, game prediction 34-20 Falcons. Atlanta will take a 24-7 lead into the locker room at half time. Pats will score 10 of their last 13 pts with 8 or less minutes left in the game. Matt Schaub will take snaps on the Falcons final 2 drives because of the lead.

So you REALLY think that that employee was pumping in crowd noise and no one in the Falcons organization knew about it?, your glasses need re-tinting if you think he didn't get a nice under-the-table parting package. And what of this "regular wrongdoing", everyone Wells wanted to speak with was provided, the Pats remained true to their word of not releasing any media statements even though "leaks" from the NFL office in NY had ESPN's Chris Mortenson reporting 11/12 ball's tested were "2 PSI or more under 12.5". After Judge Berman forced the documents to be opened it was found out the league office replies to the Pats asking for a release of the REAL PSI numbers were met with "we don't want to cause any more confusion". 2 days AFTER Berman ruled in Brady's favor ESPN ran a 15,000 word smear-job accusing the Pats of everything from bugging locker rooms to rummaging through hotel dumpster's and OMG! serving up tepid Gatorade to opposing teams. Of course none of the "sources" for that gem chose to be identified. This is the kind of things that happen when your a spoiled billionaire and the Patriots regularly steamroll your team on the gridiron. As for the SB we shall see, the Atlanta defense is young and fast to the ball, but can they handle someone like Blount?, can they play man coverage well enough to deny Brady?, we will know soon enough.

I would like to see Atlanta win, and I wouldn't be totally surprised if they did.

It is hard to pick against the Pats though. Traditionally a high powered offense has not fared well against a great defense. Last few years are an example. My poor Broncos got punched in the mouth against the Seahacks and could not recover from it. Defense usually wins championships. Falcons D is not that great, on the rise but not there yet. Pats have the #1 defense, which I did not know until a few weeks ago and was surprised by it. Blount could have a great day rushing.

Wife is wearing her Giants hoodie today, I am wearing my Broncos. Not fair weather fans. Sadly I have to be at work at 0515 EST, ugh. No drinking either because they will be "randomly" testing. Sucks.

Ryan comes down to my hometown North Wildwood, NJ every summer. His family has a summer home and his 3 brothers are lifeguards on the beach.

I've never met the guy. I would have no idea what he looks like. The same with Eagles QB, Wentz. He visits the shore quite regularly and I have no idea why he looks like as well.

Don't care who wins just please be a close and exciting game.

Oh and here's hoping 24 Legacy after the game isn't a disappointment ..

OH that's why you hate the Seahawks--because they thoroughly demolished your incompetent Broncos team that year. 😀

My daughter and I wagered on the game and there is a cherry Hi-Chew candy sitting on the TV for the winner. She took the Falcons and 3 points, but at the moment is more interested in switching back and forth between the Puppy Bowl and the Kitten Bowl.

That was one one of the worst superbowls. Not as bad as watching my Giants get smashed by Baltimore but definitely was a crappy game.

What kind of employer doesn't let you drink on your own free time? As long as you aren't coming in drunk...

BREAKING NEWS.

President Trump issued a travel ban at Houston Stadium, between the seats and the restrooms. AVOID THE NACHOS. Lawyers are in route to help, they are bringing buckets.

You can drink on your own time, by their rules not 8 hours prior to though. A guy got busted last week after running the midnight half marathon where you got a beer after. Got selected the next morning, it's a big deal now for him. There is a RV type vehicle outside that they send you to, mobile lab. Supervisors can send you there and time they suspect anything. Never know when it's your turn to blow blowing hot sucks. I work for the gov, in a very high security facility. No cell phones, electronics of any kind. Sucks sometimes but it's honestly nice when nobody is on their phone on site.

Anyways, so not taking a chance. I'm sure I'd be fine with a few. Just not worth the risk for me. Too bad it's not next weekend, after Thursday I'm off till the next Thursday, 7 days off.

I'd really like to see Atlanta win. But have doubts.

Did not know that so many people hate the Pats. I am tired of seeing them all the time as well. Makes predictions about the outcome a lot harder when they're not playing.

All three captains of New England shacked the hands of both George and Barbara Bush and only Matt Ryan of the Falcons shacked both hands. One other of Falcon captains shacked George's hand then walked away and the other one just walked away.
