Hi MeanMeosh. Is the first picture a panaoramic shot? What software did you use if it is.

oh, i take a full-res pic (5 mp) with no zoom and then crop out the empty space i leave in the top and bottom (i leave it there on purpose for future cropping purposes).

I saw one similiar to that, but much larger. It was ridiculously cool. Didn't have my camera on me, and porbably couldn't have done it justice if I had. That is an excellent pick. I love the sunsets where the sun lights up the bottoms of the clouds.
