Sunglasses time!

I decided to buy a nice pair of sunglasses, and I thought about Ray Ban and Oakley. The Two on the list:

i have the same pair of Maui Jim's as Whoozyerdaddy and agree, they are awesome. Wear'em everyday...in the rain, in the dark, i dont give a damn and look forward to looking like a champ when i get run down by a car on my bike

The best part is the warranty. If I get a scratch on my lens I just walk them into the Maui Jim store and they replace the lenses for FREE. I'm usually in and out in 10 min. And if they don't have replacement parts you can pick out a new set for $60. That's how I got my current set. They ran out of lenses for my old pair.

Go for Maui Jim. Had my pair for four years. No problems and the len's clarity is fantastic.

I bought a $200 pair of Oakley's in 2003/2004....I put them on the roof of my Jeep because they kept sliding off my head while I was trying to secure a boat trailer. I got rushed because there was a line at the ramp and forgot them....

I've not spent more than $10/pair since....while I got 1 full year of use out of those glasses, they taught me a valuable lesson. I'd rather buy 20 pairs that I can lose than 1 nice one...

I'm currently using a pair of Ray-Ban Aviator Tech 8307-10. This is my second pair of sunglasses with Polarized lenses, and I don't think I could ever go back to non-polarized. http://www.ray-ban.com/usa/sunglasses/rb8307/004-n8

oakley t-wires here, got em a few weeks ago

no polarized lenses YET, hopefully get a set this winter, my spare glasses are cheapo foster grants that are polarized

Those Maui Jim glasses look nice. I stepped on my last pair of $12 gas station glasses though. Couldn't imagine stepping on a pair of $150 (minimum) glasses.
