If it peels away from your head in big sheets, DONT PEEL IT. I made the mistake of doing that once and had to sleep with an ice pack on my forehead for a few days. It was terrible. If it's really painful, there are lidocaine sprays you can get that really help.

I think it depends on the severity? Do you have blisters?
I have really sensitive skin so I use baby care products for any sunburn I have.
