Sunbeam Samurai Case

Personally I've never heard of Sunbeam, but it got some pretty good reviews, and btw here's the case. It looks nice, a little less wacky than the NZXT ones, and the one I linked to has an optional 120mm fan hole on top of the case for an extra 16 bucks. That makes 4x 80mm's and a 120mm.

Any comments?

Whacky? Oh come on, imagine that Nemesis Elite after a can or two of bondo modding and a good paint job.

The Samurai looks pretty cool though. It lists three of the 80mm fans as being optional (only one is included) which sounds like it's going to run the price up. At $10 a fan just for the 80's, $16 for the top hole and another $15 for the 120 you're going to be back up in the $100+ range. From your comments in the other thread, I'm assuming you don't want to pay that much?

Also, no power supply but I'm assuming you have a decent one from a previous case, no? If not, throw that on the bill too.

Sunbeam has been selling case accys for some time (fan controllers, CCFL tubes, etc.). I guess it's just natural that they would start selling cases to put the other stuff in. The same case is sold under several diff names as usual and w/ many different bezels. Can get a much more conservative appearance if you want.
. It's a wonder that the american Sunbeam company hasn't sicced their lawyers on 'em.
.bh.

Well Mayax, I don't think the 3 120mm fans or even the psu are included with the Nemesis? I usually feel better when I actually buy the parts seperate anyway (so I can look at the sound level, air flow etc). Its good no one really hates this case, probably gonna get this one over an acrylic.

Yea, the fans and PSU are included on the Nemesis, but I'll replace them anyway.

The Samurai looks like a pretty solid case though. Can't seem to find any reviews on it.

Well I know extrememhz.com (i think that's right) has a review, and also overclockers.com (i think that's right too) has a review and both say the same thing. The rear exhaust "box" gets in the way, but I'm pretty sure you can take that off by the looks of it. The cons are basically that it doesn't come with any hardware (only 1 fan, no lights, etc) and the reset button is too small (ok?) but they also both say that its a sturdy case, holds everything in place very well, and looks nice in general.
