3. Avoid fast food, manual labor, low experience, low pay type of jobs. Look for a job at a law office or something of the sort that will pay high in terms of experience. Its possible to score $10-12+/hour at age 16 and the work wouldn't be strenuous.

Uh, working retail or a restaurant isn't going to get you points with anyone. If you're not doing it to make money, don't do it.Plus, I don't care about money; I already have a car and I'll be able to pay for college. What I want is work experience
