If you spend significant money on a good suit, you need the skills and knowledge of a good tailor. If you're not, buy a tuxedo tee shirt and call it a day. Suits are a personal expression like haircuts and the way you speak. They all make an impression. Perhaps 'I bought this online and saved $75 is the wrong impression.'
I didn't spend a lot on it. I think it was $200 but I couldn't tell the difference from the ones the other groomsmen bought and they spent about 2k on theirs. Guess I'm not a suit snob.
