So then they'll watch her for the rest of her life? Again if shes unstable, and she feels her world is over now because her parents know, she might try something the first chance she gets.

Using brute force like that is NOT the way to handle an unstable person. All I'm saying is you need to be more cautious, you have to make her feel like everything will be fine. If you're constantly screaming at her and making her feel bad, you're going about it the wrong way.
