Suh has taken the mantle of dirty player since he entered the league. He plays mean which works for some guys.Time he gets the proper recognition. What he did to cutler a few weeks ago could have ended his career if he landed the wrong way.

Every Chicago game since he has entered the league has consisted of questionable hits and bad decisions.

The powers that be are putting their thumb down hard on aggressive defensive players across the board. To my eyes the "kick" is an unintentional feeble thing that couldn't cause injury to a small child let alone another football player.

unintentional? feeble, maybe. but clearly intentional.

while you're out getting glasses, pick up a brain while you're at it.
it's obvious the one you have has a defect.

Other Packers are clearly grabbing at him during the incident. He was over-reacting to that contact, in my opinion.

I believe Suh is being persecuted for aggressive play and I believe his version of how the "kick" occurred. Yes I watched the game and the replays.

yea... accidental my ass..

and at least haynesworth admitted he did it and apologized, whereas this asshole is in total denial.

They were saying on the radio yesterday morning that he called the commisioner and apologized

😵 Personally I think attitudes in the NFL are getting out of control. Players are getting away with stupid shit and/or the repercussions just really aren't there for to keep them from doing it over and over again. I want to see the NFL crack down harder on true un-sportsmanlike conduct like this. Not these piddly fines they are dishing out either. I want it large enough that players will actually take notice

yeah he did do that. However that was a total renege on his earlier comments after the game vehemently denying that it was intentional. He's a dipsh!t and got what he deserves.

(full disclosure, I'm a die-hard Packers fan. But even if not, he Suh still is an idiot.)

Not trying to say he didn't deserve it and frankly I suspect this was more of a trying to mitigate the suspension than any true feelings of regret

Suh is a dirty player, plain and simple. There have been numerous times he has grabbed QB's by the helmet and pulled it off. There is no good that can come out of grabbing a guys helmet. That is not playing hard, that is playing dirty.

Off the football field it's assault, on the football field it's a suspension. I think he got off easy.

HAH, two whole games for stomping on a downed player?

What a joke. Maybe more NFL players should take advantage of this fantastic limited time offer.

Only The Shadow knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men, but Suh is one frustrated puppy right now. He is not having as good a season as he had last year. I don't think he's ever had to deal with being mediocre. There is dirty stuff that goes on in every play. In this case he boiled over after the whistle. Letting down his teammates for 2 1/2 games should wake him up.

I agree and disagree

last nights MNF game made clear that some of the rules make it hard for some guys to make the plays they are supposed to, especially, safetys

suh is another story, and his partner in crime Nick Fairley. Anyone NOT an Auburn fan that saw him play in college knows hes an extremely dirty player

I don't like Whitlock very much, but that was an interesting piece - and quite prophetic, given the current circumstances.

ha yeah.

I am beginning to think its an attitude eminating from Schwartz on down.

the last bears game showed the lions in a nice dirty limelight all the way up tostafford who grabbed a bears player by the helmet and used it to hip toss him to the ground instead after the play had already passed him by (which led to this gem by lance briggs)

suh ripping off culters helmet(tackling him just by the helmet)

more suh

I played against Suh several times in high school (I was a center, he was a nose tackle on their 3-5 defense). The guy was incredibly fast, tough and played a little dirty. Not as dirty as the play that caused this. it didn't surprise me to say the least.

On a side note on how I remember him so well, sophomore year I went straight up with him and got my hands caught in his face mask, we fell, 8 fingers broken. I taped em up and punted 5 more balls that day!

Thats why I said 'true un-sportsmanlike' 😛 I don't agree with the current rules about hitting a defenseless receiver and do not consider that un-sportsmanlike
