Well, you are using Intel, and you are complaining about the FPS you're getting... is that not true?
I hope you do overclock the hell out of that 2.4C you're getting... if not, you'd be pretty disappointed with that $180 upgrade. My whole point was that a 2.4 Ghz P4... meaning... an Intel Pentium 4 processor running at 2,400 Mhz isn't not desireable for gaming anymore. I'm not talking about the model... I'm talking about the speed it's running at. So your 2.4C RUNNING AT 3.2 Ghz would do just fine... but that's not what I was debating.

And just to make this clear... you wouldn't buy anything lower than 2.4 Ghz, and you're going to be running it quite a bit faster than 2.4 Ghz... so then you agree that a 2.4 Ghz P4 is at the lower end of the spectrum of gaming rigs?That is why i am posting (read topic ), and i think its ironic that i am going for the 2.4c since its one hell of an overclocker!
