suggestions on ram testing software

I think i may have a dead stick of crucial 🙁 (2x 256mb pc2100 ddr). I'm using Win Xp, any suggestions on some software to test the ram?

i downloaded this, unzipped it and used the install.bat to put it on a floppy but windows doesnt detect it as a boot disk, any ideas?

Download a DOS bootdisk from here then put the ram testing software on the disk after you create it.
