One of the fans on this card has gone out.

I have seen Arctic Cooling with their plastic Accelero Xtreme/Turbo lines but was wondering of any others that could easily be installed and not be so large that they extend past the card like the Xtreme line does.

Spending over $80 for one is a bit ... Xtreme

Found the Twin Turbo for 42.89 shipped with a coupon code at New Egg so that wasn't too bad.

I already emailed them and their "US" email reply regarding a temporary replacement or some such solution to my inability to wait 1-2 weeks for an RMA due to work computer was this:

Dear customer,
We rec’vd request you need do cross ship . We checked with our RMA department, we do have the board in stock.

The charge will be refund back to you after we received back the defective item within 14 days after you get the item from us. The charge will be refund back to you after we received back the defective item within 14 days after you get the item from us. If after 14 days we don’t received the defective item from you then the amount will charged it.

Also we will reserve the right if we found out the defective card has any physical damage it might be deduct some charge from your credit card account

Please kindly provide below info and we can help you setup the CS, thanks!

First and last name

I never asked for a cross ship, and $150 for a replacement HSF to charge on my credit card? No way! Besides, I can only understand maybe 75% of that "US" email.

I'd get the Twin Turbo II. When you upgrade your graphics card you can get an EVGA GTX 670 and keep using the same aftermarket cooler

As previously stated by myself in this thread, and you can even read it at the link you gave yourself, it works.

It isn't the easiest thing to put on for some people though, due to the instructions.

I was in doubt due to reference pcb, hawk is an custom pcb (saw that in some review), and i didnt find someone using that in 460 hawk, better ask than get wrong one wasting money. ;)
