I already emailed them and their "US" email reply regarding a temporary replacement or some such solution to my inability to wait 1-2 weeks for an RMA due to work computer was this:

We rec’vd request you need do cross ship . We checked with our RMA department, we do have the board in stock.
The charge will be refund back to you after we received back the defective item within 14 days after you get the item from us. If after 14 days we don’t received the defective item from you then the amount will charged it.
Also we will reserve the right if we found out the defective card has any physical damage it might be deduct some charge from your credit card account

I never asked for a cross ship, and $150 for a replacement HSF to charge on my credit card? No way! Besides, I can only understand maybe 75% of that "US" email.
