Case needs to be quiet, have a door to stop my 15 month old son from shutting it down in the middle of using the system.
Mid tower, psu optional, as I have an enermax PSU to go in it. Color needs to be as close to teal as possible. Overclocking is not an issue, so all I really need is a couple of fans. Minimum lighting/LEDs, so it does not attract my son.

it isn't teal but it's quiet and has a door to protect your drives and your power button. 😉
