suggestions for a headset microphone

Has any of you guys got recommendations for a headset microphone for gaming in the range $20-30? How is the microsoft game voice?

As far as the MS Game Voice goes, I am currently in the midst of reviewing it. I really like the feel of the headset as it fits tight and comfortably. The sound quality is also excellent. For multiplayer gaming, it includes a desktop device with large buttons to easily switch between team memebers, groups, or anyone you want to set to hear your voice.

The only disappoitment is that your speakers can hook into the Game Voice, but I experience a severe lack of quality. I almost always use the headset though, so it is not much of a problem. Also, you are looking at around $50.

I use a set made by PLANTRONICS. Got them at Best Buy for under $30 and they have worked perfectly.
