Question Suggestions for 2 monitors for home office/studio

I'm setting up a small home studio for music recording and I need suggestions for a pair of reliable, basic displays (1080p, 60 Hz). I'm planning to use one (or both) as an external display for my laptop if I'm working from home, so they must have two inputs (preferably HDMI + DP). They'll be mounted on a vertical stand, so they must have 75x75 or 100x100 mm VESA mounts and, because the stand is only about 29" tall, must not be taller than about 16"-17". I figure this means around 21"-23" class. I'm buying from the US (in the NYC area), looking to spend about $100-$150 per display.
