I wanted a board with dual DDR but does not have to have all the extras. Does any one have a suggestion?

The dual channel ddr option in that price range are the SiS655 chipset motherboards. I don't have one so I would recommend you look for reviews of the ones you are interested in.

The other option would be to wait awhile for the new Intel i865 motherboards to come out. It is possible that some of them might get into your price range but I would guess it will be awhile.

That is if you are sure you want dual ddr.
 
I'm not a big fan of MSI, but they seem to be releasing 865PE boards early. They are on Pricewatch right now for $110 and up. IF you can get one, before Intel makes them pull them, it may be worth a shot.
