I was wondering if you were going to implement those tiny user icons in the PM screen. That would solve the problem of 1) being able to subscribe to PMs (although it wouldn't solve the problem of being notified by new PMs you're not expecting). My main issue here is that everytime I reply or send a PM, I'd like to know whether the person is online so that I should know whether to expect a quick reply and stay online to reply or whether the wait will be futile. Also the other information in the member profile is valuable when evaulating a deal.
 
Scratch that on about the being online. Actually, what I think I meant the first time around was that implementation of the profile icon in the PM. I think I was looking for the person's email and location information and had to do a search and find the user's post so I could click on the profile button there.
