I really need to schedule. I want to get a PDA phone. What's a good phone that allows me to synchronize with my laptop schedule or vice versa to keep the schedule as updated as possible. I also want little pop up / vibrate reminders to help remind me that I have an appointment coming. This is just to keep me organized. I used AT&T btw, but any GSM phone that is unlockable will work.

im really in love with my HTC Hermes 8525. Its kinda thick but it offers a full size thumb keyboard.

WM6 allows internet sharing, so if your laptop has bluetooth, your phone acts as a router and lets you surf on att's 3G or HSPDA network. I get fairly good speeds with good signal, around 70 kb/s download 12kb/s upload. Its more then enough for internet.

Only quam i have is that its a bit thick. But oh wellz.

I can't recommend the iPhone enough for what you want. I LOVE mine. You can set schedules with vibrating reminders really, really easily and quickly. I'm not sure if/how the Calendar and other things sync to PC software, but it works excellently with my Mac. I think it syncs with Outlook, but I'm not 100% sure. Also I know there are little apps available to sync from Outlook to Google Calendar and whatnot, so with a little creativity you could end up with an easy cross-calendar syncing system if desired.

Hands-down it has the best Email interface on any handheld I've ever used, plus setting up multiple accounts is a cinch. It's so easy to use that I actually use it ;)
