Suggested install order for KT7-RAID?

Looking for experience installing a similar system.

I just recieved all of the following components:
Abit KT7-RAID bios UL
Duron 700, unlocked week 24
128meg Mushkin PC133 cas2 Rev. 1.5
Radeon 32meg DDR
SBLive! mp3
3Com 10/100 NIC
Maxtor 20 gig Diamond Max
Memorex 2x2x24 burner
Antec 282 case w/300w PS

I need to know the proper/best order to install the cards/drivers.

The current plan:
Boot with only the radeon, ram, and the drives installed and install Win98.
install the Via drivers and the HPT drivers.
Shutdown.
install radeon drivers. shutdown.
install SBLive and drivers. shutdown
install NIC and drivers. shutdown.

Also, what slots should the NIC and SBLive! but put in the avoid IRQ conflicts?
Are there any other drivers/patches that I need to know about?

Sorry if this has already been posted, but a search didn't answer all of my questions.
I just want to get this done as close to right on the first attempt!
