Suggest me ear earphone & over the ear headphone 25$

Friends suggest me some good over the ear headphone & in ear earphone below 25$

Purpose :- Music (Rock, hip hop, rap rarely pop), movie, gaming, tutorial on my PC

need headphone with really clear sound & punchy bass.

i heard that over the ear gives very good audio quality & noise isolation compare to in ear earphone is it true?
suggest me both i'll buy whatever is better in terms of sound quality & comfort for long time use.

Decent over the ear phones don't exist until you get to the $100+ range with a really good sale. Even then there are a lot of trade offs.

Not true...

You can get In-Ear, On-Ear or Over-The Ear decent even @ $25 and, if you want audiophile, you've to go over $100.

I've got the Monoprice headphones. They seem very good for the price. They have really good isolation from outside noises and are pretty comfortable. They seem quite bass heavy, though, I guess a lot of hip hop and rock will benefit from this.

Also, the headphone cord is detachable in case it gets damaged.
