Hi,
Planning to build a system with configuration as follows...

MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum
AMD 64 3000+ 90nm
1GB RAM
ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB
Plan to have 2 hard drives...both IDE
DVD writer and DVD ROM

Needed suggestion for case and cooling fan for CPU. Case preferably under $80. Would i need a 400W PSU or will a 350W will make do? Planning to overclock sometime in future.

Will be ordering from MonarchComputer so suggest which heat sink fan i should go for? Also do i need the thermal grease?

What do u say about Apex FoxConn TU-150 case

I read an article in the forum that the amp rating for 12V should be 20A or greater. What is the significance of this? and for my configuration what is the rating i should be looking for?

Thanks in advance,
Lithium.

Get the Antec 3700BQE,its one of the few decent cases they have at monarch close to your price range. And if you are also ordering the heatsink from the same merchant, i think you will be better off using the stock cooling(unless you're a Tt fanboy).
