Suggest a "building a computer" tutorial for newbies??

I'm going to be showing a couple people at work how to build a pc from the mobo/case up. It'll be a SS7 (not that it matters). I'd like something free that I could print out, so they could refer to it as we are building it...maybe make notes, etc. Yes, we will o/c it to the max.

research, research, research those parts.
Even knowing HOW to build a machine is useless if you order parts that *hate* each other. For maximum stability you have to do your homework.
BTW if socket 7, you probably wont get it overclocked much. If you really want an overclocking experience, get them to buy a couple of duron 600s or some celerys. I really like my duron. I really don't like the celerons we have at work (but they're not oc'ed). I do feel like Intel boards are typically more stable and more compatible, but I'm NOT saying that AMD boards are NOT stable or compatible, just not AS stable/compatible as a good i815 board etc.
 
Guys, thanks for the links. Please keep 'em coming. I'll be back to work Sunday night, and will print them out then, and hopefully start the project on Monday night.

hungrypete--LOL......yeah, I thought I had given up on my VIA chipset stuff a year ago. I got way tired of the 4-in-1 crape, vid card problems, etc. My main systems are all 440BX (Abit and Asus).

But, it just happens that I've got (3) SS7 mobos handy, so, away we go.....Yeah, actually troubleshooting the stuff will be good experience (for them.....I've had enough). Yeah...hehe...they'll have to look at the mobo rev, and do some research......I'll give 'em the links and be there to help, explain, and advise, but I'm going to try not to do it all......let them do most of it.

For sake of simplicity, I'll probably use a 16MB Banshee PCI. It's always seemed to work without a hitch. No way am I gonna make them troubleshoot AGP VIA crape. Heck, I wouldn't even do it anymore.

Prolly go with a K6III-350 (2.2-2.4 core). I've got a few, and they seem to bump up nicely.
