suggest a beer for me

absolutly hated beer up until a month ago, a friend turned me on to Blue Moon... really good stuff!!!! Another one i tried that i like is Great White. Any suggestions for me that might be along those tastes? I like New Castle and Pyramid Apricot too....
 
If you like pyramid try their hefeweizen. I've found most beer drinkers like that (or pretend to) when I bring it.
 
If you like Blue Moon, search for anything that's a Hefeweizen or Wheat Beer. Some more common ones: Pyramid, Leinenkugel, Hoegaarden.

A distinctive ingredient in Blue Moon is Coriander. Blue Moon is a Wit style beer which traditionally uses a combinatin of bitter orange, Coriander and Wheat to achieve a berry-like flavor.

I've done a couple and prefer a sweet orange, lots of coriander and low hops. It's actually the only wheat beer I can stand.

Too bad its out of season, but Sam Adams Summer Ale is another excellent example along the same lines.

But its moving into fall, look at some of the excellent Oktober Fest beers.

Their apricot one is definitely nice. It's definitely something to go with if you're not a huge beer drinker either. I usually pick pyramid or Gordon Biersch to bring and I havent seen anyone dislike it. Apricot usually runs out too when I bring it.

I think that's the lol, I'm not sure he'd be down with a stout if the first one he's ever liked was Blue Moon 😛
 
Yo wtf r these people mentioning blue moon for, absolutely, terribly, disgusting beer. It has been said for you to try a real german weisse beer. Hacker-Pschorr, Erdinger, Paulaner. Yo go drink now!

Although I would consider it a "beginner beer," I wouldnt say its disgusting.
