Sugar free chocolate milk?

The recipe on the Rapunzel cocoa powder can says to mix a cup of milk with two teaspoons of cocoa and one teaspoon of sugar. That sounds pretty low sugar to me. This brand of cocoa isn't very bitter so a teaspoon of sugar should do it.
