Not weird... that's what a woman's body was meant to do. At any rate... a quiet baby trumps and heebeejeebees you get from the thought of a woman breastfeeding a baby.
 
There's no real reason for her to be lewd. She could have easily used a pump beforehand to have some natural breast milk in a bottle for the baby or brought her own (cooler) cover if she really had to whip it out on the plane.

Indecent exposure is what it is. You can say it's prudish, but that's just your opinion. And an opinion that would probably adjust really fast if you actually had to deal with the average person naked, I hasten to add.

How the fuck was this being "lewd"? Babies eat off of boobs, it's been happening for tens of thousands of years and is far healthier than formula. Until the last 50 or so years, nobody cared about kids feeding off boobs. She wasn't flashing her boobs everywhere or trying to spray people. The kid was hungary, it needs to eat, feed it.

Now we have this huge conservative revival whereby boobs are the center of all sexual fantasies and they MUST be covered up. Hell, the epitome of this oafish and ridiculous behavior was Ashcroft covering up lady liberty.

It amazes me how stupid we've become about stuff like this. It's like you think we have progressed past basic human needs but have regressed so far as to think anything basic is horrible.

I never breastfed my babies but I have no problems with any mother doing it. It is natural and not lewd in any way.

Whether you have children are not is irrelevant. If you are disgusted by a woman exposing herself on a plane because she couldnt wait to feed her babby when it was more appropriate that is perfectly normal.

She was informed that her activity was unacceptable for that envrionment. If she refused to comply she should have been detained by Homeland Security upon landing for causing a disruption on a plane flight.

There's far more options for feeding a baby than having to whip your tits out in public. Ever heard of a bottle? Maybe feed your baby before you get on the plane? Being a father myself, it's much easier to plan a baby feeding than plan when you're gonna need to pee. There's no more reason to breast feed in public than there is to take a crap on the sidewalk in front of your neighbor's house.

Sex is a beautiful, natural act, too but I don't wanna watch you make a baby.

Of all of the things that Delta does, I finally applaud them.
