I did my first OC tonight, brought the 1.8a to 2.4 (133fsb) with 1.5 voltage, it was not stable until I got the voltage to 1.575 but now it does not crash after 3d2001se (2 runs) and Sandra Burn-in running for a 1/2 hour. So I guess I got it right (see note). My 3d Mark went up about 650 points which I think?? is pretty good.
I was wondering what my AGP Clock and Differential Current should be. I have the AGP clock at 2/3 and the Differential Current at 6. (Do you oc the memory buy changing the Diff Current?)
NOTE: The abit mobo manual states: that its highly recommended not to set the RDRam Bus Frequency to 400mhz if you are using PC-800 RDRam and setting the FSB > 125. I am running it at 400!, should I not be? I don't want to run it at 300 do I??? And Auto brings it to 399 at crashes!!
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
