my icemaker makes ice, but at the same time it looks like its pouring too much water and causing a portion of the made ice to meld together, after a while 1/2 of the collection bin is just unusable of 1 solid piece of ice.
i've tried empty it out and even the first batch start to show the problem. my guess is that it might need some kind of calibration. anyone know where to begin?
my model is the 2 vertical door, 1 side is freezer, 1 side is fridge.
