I went to Subway to grab one of these deals...then the smell of Chipotle grabbed me. Twice the price, twice the calories. Sweet.

I gotta take a nap now.

Good any time they are open for a "limited time". If they have any brains the time limit is infinite as the regular prices are 🙁.

YMMV on the subway, depending on the store, you might get charged extra (tax etc) when you want it toasted.

Subway actually is pretty healthy. It depends on how the customer actually orders it. If you get double bacon, mayo, on the cheese bread instead of something else, i don't think it's their fault.

but i do love the $5 for a chicken bacon ranch footlong?? get the double meat and good luck not being full! yum.

the Chicken bacon ranch does look pretty tasty.

I might have to give it a try later this week.

 
funny part of this is that most of there footlongs are only around 5.30 to 6.... so while this is an OK deal buy one get one free is way better

Foot Longs are like 8-9 bucks in my area.

6" subs are like 5-6 bucks
 
Most expensive footlongs that qualify for the deal by me (nj) are the club and and chicken parm/pizziola at 6.80 each, so 2 bucks off aint bad.

Any sub with bacon on it is 5 bucks + 1 dollar for bacon so you dont really save a whole lot with those.

Personally not a fan of subway. Everyone I know of is owned by stingy little indians that smell really strong of curry. More or less the trashy indians. Just an observation. They end up making the subs that are mostly bread. Ask for jalapeno's on a sub and the lady actually counted out 3. I ask for olives and she counted out 5. For a foot long! Are you kidding me? 3 jalapenos, 5 olives, and 3 inch long cuts of onions? That was the last time I tried ordering from subway as I walked out. Hit up a churches chicken next door to it and I hate churches chicken.
 
the injuns that own the subway next to where i work are awesome. they run a tight ship, but don't skimp on anything. they can get 30 people through there line in less than 10 minutes.
 
I remember when a footlong turkey was $3.99 + tax... $4.21 where I grew up for a decent sammich.
