Well, there goes my lunch plans... I just got back to work after getting a oven roasted chicken sub to go and I got someone else's order. It is halfway edible, but I have to take off the olives and green peppers... blah. It just has some turkey and lettuce in it; definitely not what I wanted for lunch.

Side note... trying to pull up the Subway website to find their phone number and complain, but it's taking sooo long. I'm on dialup so that might be the problem. 😉

they make the sub right in front of you. HTF can you not see them put someone else's sub in the bag and hand it to you?

teh quizno's places i've been they do it right in front of you too, the only way it could get switched is in the oven, but thats a little conveyorbelt, so there would have to be a little sandwich gnome inside of it switching them

Also, Subway Sucks. Go to Cousins if you have those in your area. FAR FAR better subs.
 
I don't eat Subway for lunch around here. They take WAY too long to ready your order. Once I waited my entire lunch hour just to get through a line!

I just called and the manager sounded like she could care less... when I go back I'm going to see if there is a price difference.

They have three people doing the subs... one puts the meat on, one puts the toppings and wraps it and then the last one rings it up. The girl tried to give the lady in front of me her sub and my sub, but the lady told her only one sub so the girl put the sub back out for me... apparantly this is when the subs got switched.

Also, I've never heard of cousins. I live in Florida.

If you paid via credit, ask her to refund you the difference or you'll dispute the whole charge. If you paid via cash, then good luck!
