Subscribing a thread without PM/Email?

Is there a way you could subscribe a thread without having to receive email or PM? I couldn't find that option in the personal options. Thanks
 
Click on the star towards the top right or bottom right corners. This will mark the thread as a favorite which you can access through the My Forums button up top.
