Submitting to a problem to microsoft.

We are having a problem getting the windows 2000 version of the management console to work with the Windows XP version and vise versa. After extensive searching I couldn't find anything on the issue other then the versions changed and could be a likely cause. However one guy suggested that you call microsoft anyways and try to have them look at it, as the more people who call about an issue the more likely MS will create a KB article on it. However calling MS twice now has resulted nothing as the 2 guys from india didn't know what I was talking about and told me I needed a pay service to get support.

Does anyone know how to submit a problem to the KB database with out paying for a premium account or am I out of luck?

If you're referring to the tools included in the Adminpak.msi then there is no issue.. there are incompatibility issues for a reason - it's by Microsoft design.
