we don't delete threads typically, so it may have been caught by a spam filter. i'll look and see what I can find though.
 
It happens, a lot actually. No problem, but next time keep in mind you can go to your profile and on the "statistics" tab, you can search for posts by your user name or threads started by you.

Or you can go to Advanced Search and plug in a username in to find posts or threads started by any user.
 
Or click on your (or anybody's) username while viewing threads and click "find more posts by ***"

If you're already in a thread you posted in I find that to be the quickest way for me personally.
