SubDreamer -> anybody using it?

i need to create a website for my community and found SubDreamer, it looks pretty good. anybody use it? anything else you would recommend for a community type board?

I personally like it, but it costs money and you have to wonder if it's worth that money!

actually i started that thread too.... i think it is only $35 or so. i guess do i go with something like php-nuke, php-nuke platinum, subdreamer... too many choices.

i want this to be quick and easy for the community

Which community?

my condo community. with all of us working different schedules, this way we can keep everybody up-to-date if anything is going on. we, the association board members have quite a few emails from the city regarding what is going on in our neighborhood, whether it be events or crime and this way we can just copy and paste into the news are of a cms.
