Subaru WRX - new headlights!

Those are the UK and JDM stock 17" rims for the STi model. They may look ghetto to you, but they are more for performance thanks looks.

I agree that they look better, but too busy.......the altezzas in the back don't go with the colors tho.....just don't belong on a Subaru.

UGH.. a diamond member and yet you still don't know what rice means. A Subaru WRX STi is NOT RICE! Turbo with 276hp (japanese version) AWD rally inspired racer has nothing rice about it. A honda civic with huge wing, stickers, fart pipe.. and yet is still slow would be considered rice.

People who overuse the rice term just because the car has a wing annoy me.

Oh wells. As long as I can put on some cool looking JDM headlights like for the current WRXs it should be fine. As for the rims, they're not too bad. I still prefer the Prodrives.

Also, anyone notice there aren't any current WRXs that come in that color? I still prefer the royal blue.
 
i think those look a little bit better. of course i don't think the bug eye lights are all that bad, either. the car stands out in a crowd, both in looks and performance.
 
I like the current headlights, but those new ones do look better.

However, please don't put anymore altezzas out there on the road. They're already played out beyond belief...don't do the WRX injustice by sticking it with some clear corners.
 
The WRX is an awesome car. Subaru's are generally a little expensive, but for the price of the WRX, I can't think of many cars I'd rather have.

I like the bug eyes, but those look nice too. I'm not too big a fan of the "rice lights" (back) though. On any car. I've yet to see a car with those lights that actually look nice. I've seen some worse than others, but none very nice. I've come to associate wings/skirt kits with "rice" as a general term. I know that cars that are actually equipped under the hood shouldn't be considered "rice", but still, DUE to all the ricer civics/integras/golfs/etc, whenever I see a obnoxious wing or skirt kit, it just makes me think of rice.

Besides, you don't HAVE to make it ugly to make it fast... think back to the muscle cars. A 4 cylinder camaro looks exactly the same as a camaro with a 454.. 😛

But anyway, the WRX is nice, as ricey as it often looks, it's a cool car, and at least has the power to back itself up.
