I have the Creative Inspire 4100s... and well i notice today all my music sounds "off" turns out my sub isn't working as it should. I can tell it's putting a tiny bit of sound out (i mean tiny). I've checked all the cord connections... even turned it off and on again. I don't know what to do.... Please Help !!!

lol. okay. my bad. well, hmm... when did you get the speakers?
it might be the dial itself? or the sub... =\ me dunno... sounds pretty bad.

check all the simple things. make sure your equalizer settings havent been messed around with and the bass slider in the windows speaker thing is at the right position. try plugging the speakers into a cd player or some other audio source and see if u have the same problem. double check the cords again and make sure the sound jack is fully plugged into your soundcard. if u hear slight sound from the sub like u say, it sounds like some audio setting on the computer is off.
