man this thing gives me lag.. and i have a 5mb/s connection. I can run a couple torrents in the background and still get a sub 80ping in cs source. but with this pos wow beta d/ler from blizz i lag like a mofo. web pages load like they're on a smoking usrobotics dual standard 16.8 hst/14.4 v92 dual standard modem o_0 (I bought one of those for $800 canadian in 1993) 😱
 
use netlimiter. neat program to hold down your more enthusiastic BT clients which do not have upload caps 🙂
 
The WoW torrent has been a pain in the ass since Alpha. Unfortunatly it's only gotten worse as the game has progressed into beta. You use to be able to set upload and download limits. It's also been notoriously picky about NIC drivers. Decent game though, I've been in since Alpha.
