I've order some new back and front shocks for my truck few weeks ago. The back shocks were on back order for about 1 1/2 week. Well the company finally ships them out friday at there phoenix,az warehouse. Well according to ups website, they are still in phoenix,az. I dunno if their website is up to date or not but you would think with two full business days. they would have been somewere near my area. michigan.

the funny thing is, my front shocks shipped out june 12. i receive them june 14. You would assume, since the back shocks ship out june 16, they would be here at least by today or tomorrow the latest. According to ups, I'll have them by this thursday.
 
Oh, the truck they were on is already in Michigan. Your stuff fell off the truck in transit and they're currently looking for it.
