stupid Taxi cab parking on sidewalk blocking half my driveway

I can't get in my driveway because a stupid Taxi cab just decided to block my driveway when he could have just reversed some and still had enough space to park without blocking my driveway. What should I do??

damn too late.. he just moved and my dad told him that he was blocking our driveway and we couldn't get in and he apologized and said it won't happen again..

Well that was a disappointing ending. Then again, I think any conclusion that doesn't start with, "Hey guys, I'm going to be on the 10 o clock news..." is a disappointment.
