The dangers of second-hand smoke are a complete myth. Both the UN and federal courts have completely rejected the EPA studies as biased, unscientific, and unethical, and that was 7 years ago. Not that the truth has ever stopped fascists.

Whatever, be it dangerous or not, it's just offensive. Having to put up with second hand smoke is no better than having to put up with somebody who farts in an elevator. It STINKS and it's inconsiderate. At least a fart won't permeate everybody's clothes and hair so bad you can still smell it the next day.

youve obviously never met my mom

So don't be where smokers are. No one forces you to.

That is like saying "Don't be where you have to breathe the air." You never know when or where somebody is going to light up. And the smoke doesn't just stay neatly confined to one area. This is why so many municipalities and counties are making smoking in public establishments illegal now. What if a smoker chooses to come to where I am and light up? Common sense and courtesy would dictate that somebody would not do this. . .but that's why we were forced to create the laws. Specifically because some smokers do not know how to be considerate of rights of others to NOT breathe in stinky cigarette smoke when choosing when and where to light up.

"Common sense and courtesy" is justification for busybodies like yourself to take away business owners' property rights?

And you're not forced to create any of these laws. You can lie to yourself all you want but don't lie to me. You enjoy fscking over other people because they do something you disapprove of. That's what this is the latest anti-smoking crusade all about. It's the same reasoning you've argued here in the past that people who do drugs and harm no one but themselves should be thrown in prison for years. YOUR consideration of the rights of others doesn't go any further than your need for vengeance on an imperfect world. "What if" the public finally wised up to how truly harmful persons like yourself are? ;)
