Crapping (or crapping on) a thread, in OT, is changing the subject matter drastically in such a way that the original train of thought is derailed, and further posts do not address the initial subject matter. Crapping on a thread, in the For Sale/Trade Forum, is unnecessary criticism of the price or phraseology of the initial poster's offering. Thread-crappers, like trolls, are lower life forms who, having no wit of their own, survive by exasperating the wits of others.
