If you put a dvi connector on a CRT will it improve to quality?

Correct me if I'm wrong, which I very well may be, I think it would make it look worse if anything. I think it has to then convert it back to analog. But it may do nothing if you mean an adapter because I think that it just feeds the same pins from the VGA end into a a DVI style connector. Again, people correct me if I'm wrong.

You mean use a DVI-to-VGA adapter for a CRT? Nope.
