Well, according to your specs, you're using the 3.06 processor, w/ the 533mhz FSB. So even though your motherboard may (your P4T won't)run up to 800mhz FSB, your processor will not. You will get better performance from the Rambus memory.
I was talking in general not necessarily with my specs. I choose RDRAM because it was the fastest at the time. I know that a system running on a 800 FSB and DDR RAM on a dual channel board is faster than my existing set-up provided the CPU is at least a 2.8C. So the question still remains which is faster?
