Ok so it's been year and I mean YEARS since I bought or sold anything on eBay but I'm thinking of getting into it a little more seriously. Though it seems more and more than most of the stuff on there is just "buy it now" and not auction anymore. Anyway my question is how to people usually work out beforehand what the cost of shipping is going to be. For example many sellers let you chose from a drop down list of your state/province/country and they immediately show you the cost of shipping. The last time I sold something on ebay I actually had to email the winner after the fact to find out where they lived then had to go to the post office to find the coast of shipping then come back and email the answer to the customer. I'm guessing that there are services offered by fedex and the like that help sellers add these calculators to their ebay listings? Just enter the weight and size etc...? Or does eBay itself offer this service? Also does any of this apply to Canada?
