Stupid PIGS! The Story - now how do I appeal to take traffic school?

STORY...

This happened quite some time ago, but it has been bothering me in the back of my mind because I never ran the damn stop sign. I am positive I made a full stop because I saw the freaking cop. The bitch pulls me over 2 miles down the road and I ask her for what. She tells me to be quiet and that she will tell me in a little bit. She goes back to her car, and comes back telling me I have an expired registration. I tell her its been paid for and that I am waiting for the sticker to come. She goes back to her car and verifies this. She then comes back and says, you also ran the stop sign 2 miles back on so and so road. BITCH! I did not run the stop sign b/c I saw her hiding out and made sure I made a full stop. In court she told the judge I admitted to this on the scene. LIAR! Everytime I hear a siren I am hoping that that bitch will suffer. Stupid Davis Police who have nothing better to do than give out stupid traffic tickets. No offense to the smaller people, but we even have a midget cop in Davis. WTF? How did he pass all the exams and tests. I mean...I understand equal employment and all that bs, but this just proves that Davis cops are pathetic.

SO...

I received a traffic ticket. Went to court and pleaded not guilty because I was NOT GUILTY. Judge said I was guilty. I asked for traffic school and she denied me that as well. I checked my records and it had been more than 18 months since I last got a ticket or went to traffic school. I asked her why she denied me traffic school, but was told she did not have to give me an answer. I want to appeal and be given the oppurtunity to take traffic school.

I know that there is a cop in Nova Scotia who is a small midget black lady. It's like affirmative action on over-drive. I have no issue with the race or sex of her but midgets in the police force? This woman is under 5 feet tall I sh*t you not. It would take half a dozen of them hanging from a guy's legs to take him down. Ri-cock-ulous.
 
that sucks...happened to a friend of mine too, bastard was behind us and said he didnt even see the break light go on, which is impossible since we just came out of an almost 80 degree turn going downhill...worst of all he had backup come on an on campus traffic stop like we were armed inside...:Q

a lot of times they don't actually call for the back-up. the other officer starts to drift to where the stop is based on the calls over the radio. it is a safety thing more than anything. if the second car gets called to another call they won't stop, and will respond to the other call instead. it isn't like he went on the radio and said, "please i need back up!!!"

i guess that could be true..but the way that bastard sounded, he didnt seem like he needed backup...the part that irks me the most is how he just looked as us and straight up lied...maybe my friend didnt come to a complete stop (he was like < 2 mph when he turned at the stop sign), and it was 3 in the morning anyway with the road empty (we had gone down to campus to print out some notes). i bet bastard went home and beat off thinking he made a difference in the world...

I wonder how much you'd hate the "Pigs" when someone breaks into your house and threatens your lives while robbing you? Wth your crappy attitude, I think you are SOL. No doubt the judge saw this.

Anyway, you are outta luck on the Traffic School (in Cali, anyway) . . . once you request a hearing your traffic school option is GONE.

As to appealing - I'd suggest a lawyer (if it is that important to you). If you cannot afford one you'd better spend a few hours in the law library. Appeals are difficult and will likely cost you even more money.

Hahah! Davis cops. I swear... A friend of mine in the dorms originally lives in Davis and was on his way back from biking his GF home from the dorms when he stopped by a drinking fountain with a flashlight in his pocket. Some cops started asking him what party he was goign to and sh1t and made a big deal about the flashlight in his pocket.

Some cops just have nothing to do and suck.

Yea, Davis has a midget cop. One of my TA's had his frat party broken up by the midget cop. He said it was hard to take him seriously... 🙂

that's just not right what happend to you.....my mom had almost the same thing, she saw the cops up ahead...kept going the same speed cause she was under the limit(well, 45 in a 45 zone) and the cop rushes out and gives her a ticket for going 60!?!?!? WTF is that! she did traffic school though... hope everything turns out for you!
 
Most of the time I feel that police end up mopping up a bad situation rather than preventing something bad from happening in the first place. I would rather arm responsible citizens than have a cop to protect me. The best protection is the protection you can give yourself.

in the case that you are making any reference to me in your post... please don't make assumptions. first of all, this is not the only bad experience i have had with cops. second of all, i am not making an assumption on all cops, i refered to "Davis cops" if you would read my thread all the way through. Also, to enlighten your ignorance on the subject...Davis cops are fvcking idiots and have had a history of misconduct. That is why they have been investigated by internal affairs in the past. in the case that your comment was made with NO reference to me...take what i have just written as clarification.

as for apoppin. did you ever consider the fact that my crappy attitude came about after i was treated unfairly. please use a little common sense and don't make stupid assumptions. regardless, thanks for your advice.
 
Man you were treated unfairly... if you can avoid going to traffic school and get the whole thing thrown out go for it. It's the principle.
 
The only way you will get anywhere with this is to talk to a lawyer, instead of bitching and moaning here. Of course, you'll have to lose the attitude before a lawyer would believe you.
