I was mowing my lawn and saw my neighbor apparantly trying to say something to me. I turned the mower off and he was yelling about his truck. He was like, "I just washed that fvcking truck and now its dirty again." I looked over at the truck parked right in front of my house, noticing that there was plenty of room to park in front of his house. I asked if he wanted me to start in the back since I hadn't even got close to truck yet. He was like, "It is already fvcking filthy, don't even bother now." Then he turned away and said, "God, people are such assholes."

Yeah, they are.

It is rather funny you say this. I have a complete a$$hole neighbor like that up at my lake house. I don't have a lawn per se because it is all natural with 100 trees on the property but I cut the weeds down every 2 weeks so it looks like a lawn...acutally it looks like a state/park...just the way I like it.

Anyway my neighbor is the most obsessive/compulsive person I have ever met. He has a traditional lay with flower beds and all (he has been there 2 years, us 20 years) and he spends just about all day preening his lawn. He walks around large parts of the day with a bucket picking up leaves and pine needles.

Last week we went up to relax and I had to do the lawn. It has been very dry and the cloud of dust coming from my riding lawn mower was quite the sight. I was doing the lawn the better part of 5 hours when the neighbor starts talking to me from his lawn....like I can hear him over the weedeater. I turn it off and ask him what is going on and the following ensues....

Him: "YOU ARE GETTING DUST ALL OVER MY DECK, MY SIDEWALK, MY DRIVEWAY, AND MY HOUSE"

ME: "Well, blow it off. (he is in love with his blower, does the whole area 2-3X a day so I figured I was doing him a favor giving him a reason to do so 😉)

Him: "IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR NEIGHBORS?!!! IF WE TREATED YOU THIS WAY YOU WOULD BE UPSET TOO!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW INCONSIDERATE YOU ARE!! TWICE A MONTH YOU COME UP HERE AND GET DUST ALL OVER MY DRIVEWAY...I HAVE TO CLOSE MY GARAGE DOOR BECAUSE IT GETS IN THERE!!!"

Me: "What am I supposed to do? Stop the wind? Stop cutting my lawn? I am sorry but I am not sure how I am supposed to prevent this situation."

Him "JESUS, LOOK AT MY DECK.....BLAH BLAH BLAH"

Me: "FVCK OFF!"

He just kept going on and on without even addressing my question of what I was supposed to do. He is a whiney little (old) bitch that no one can please anyway. I have had it with him and his BS or I would never have told him to FO. He has told me not to cut MY GRASS on the border of our property because I use a riding lawn mower and it leaves ruts in the mud (from his drainage that goes onto my propery...AGAINST TX STATE LAW) and this is in MY LAWN. He wants to do it with his push mower. This guy is a complete tool.

The rest of the time I was up there he pulled a chair out on his driveway and was sitting there taunting me. He keep yelling "FVVK YOU", over and over whenever I would walk by. He was sitting there laughing like a 5 year old kid and yelling his obscenities. It was rather humorous. I just ignored him. He has no idea what is in store for him now. I am done taking crap from him. I have kept my mouth shut and simply dealt with him for the last 2 years but I am through.

People never cease to amaze me.

BTW...this same asshat would complain if I didn't mow the lawn because it would look unsightly. He has made snide remarks when I couldn't get up there for a whole month due to other responsibilities. How do you please an O/C idiot?

there is a two family house next door that was purchased by some asshat from another town to use as rental property. the ppl upstairs are not that bad. but the ppl downstairs are the biggest white trash i have ever seen in my life. single father, low class.. three teenage kids. one fat daughter who hangs out in the street 1/2 dressed (she is like 200lbs) with the dregs of teenage society, one teenage son who is classless, clueless and the only person more inconsiderate than he is his slut of a fat pig g/f ... the oldest son is really quiet, polite and will soon be gone to college.

these ppl have LOADS and LOADS of teenagers coming and going all hours of the day and night. big groups of them. they play football in the street and care not for whose car gets hit, who property their ball lands on. they are shouting and cursing in the middle of the street and dont care that there are a bunch of preschoolers around who can hear them. they like to play basketball in the street at 1-3:00AM. They have cars coming and going all night long and after honking to horn 4-5 times will sit there with loud bass rap music blasting from the windows.

they throw trash in the street, sit on other ppls front stoops and are basically the worst ppl i have ever had the misfortune to have to co exist with.

I wish they would all tpad, or diaf or whatever!!!

Oh, believe me, the thought crosses my mind whenever he gets all bent out of shape.

I will tell you about a time I almost did kill him with my bare hands. This idiot cuts the grass on MY DRIVEWAY that has grown over from his lawn. He basically tresspasses every time he mows....but it is my neighbor so no biggie, right? One time I was mowing and I went down the driveway to get to the other section of my yard down by my boathouse. In doing so I blew grass clippings and dirt all over MY driveway, but of course I was going to simply do the driveway last as I always do. While I am cutting the lower area I see him look down from his deck and see the clippings all over MY DRIVEWAY (which he mows for some reason so I guess he thinks it is HIS). He freaks out and runs into his garage, gets out his lawn mower, and starts REMOWING MY DRIVEWAY to clean up the clippings I have not even had a chance to finish. I saw this and became absolutlely LIVID. I almost jumped off my riding mower but I am a civil level headed adult for the most part so I held it in and let him do his thing. A little while later he gets out the blower to blow off the street IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE, which I hadn't even had a chance to do yet as it is the last thing I do. I almost came unglued that time to but I went inside the house where I exploded and ranted to my GF.

This guy has been on borrowed time with me since the day he moved in. He is so completely sick in the head that he can not even be rational. Everything has to be done HIS WAY. I have come to the conclusion that O/C people are some of the sickest and most selfish individuals on the planet. I do no know how I am going to continue to deal with this moron. He ruins my time at my favorite place in the world.
